Mark Stead, Skills & Recruitment Broker for the Rev project will work closely with companies in the advanced engineering and motorsport sectors in Norfolk, providing a single point of contact for all their training and work force development needs.
Cutting through the red tape, Mark will work closely with businesses of all sizes in the cluster to identify and deliver the most appropriate learning, training skills, workforce development provision and recruitment advice. Using a coordinated approach Mark will ensure businesses making use of the service are not faced with a series of isolated services.
Mark’s team will encourage companies to adopt a lifelong learning pattern and will ensure the right training support is delivered at the right time.
Specialist recruitment agencies along with local and national labour markets will be accessible to anyone working within the sector at anytime. A head hunting service will assist with the location of specialist skills with recommendations on cost effective solutions. Collaborations by cluster members on sharing skill sets will also be encouraged and supported
