Thetford Enterprise Park (TEP) is the largest single commercial site to become available in Thetford in the last 50 years or so. For this reason, this particular element of REV has been eagerly awaited and is already generating significant interest.
TEP will offer 40 acres of prime business land for sale or lease at attractive rates to businesses working predominately in the advanced engineering or motorsport industry. Situated on the A11 to the North West of Thetford the site is easily accessible through the national rail and road networks and will house a cluster of like minded businesses.
The site is currently owned by Crown Estate who has agreed a joint venture to develop the site with Breckland Council.
Phase one will concentrate on preparing the site for development. The provision of a new roundabout on the Mundford Road, the construction of site roads, sewers, surface water work, landscaping, archaeological digs, environmental transport studies and site security will be completed by early summer 2008.
